Learn More About Amy Donaldson
Amy started her real estate career in 2006, completely unaware that it was the beginning of the worst real estate market downturn in recent history, and had to quickly learn how to be successful in the industry so that she could support herself and her daughter. In 2010, she obtained her principal broker license and by 2012, had built a highly successful team of quality real estate agents. In 2014, she was asked to teach the pre-license broker courses at a local community college, and in 2015, she was asked to serve as the director for the mentorship program and as a reviewing broker at one of the largest and fastest-growing brokerages in the Pacific Northwest. Her unique perspective and problem–solving abilities have helped hundreds of agents navigate very difficult situations.
A Published Author
Amy published her first book, Get Off the Cash Flow Roller Coaster!, in 2018. This was the result of working directly with hundreds of real estate agents and noticing that they all seemed to struggle with the same things. She would later learn that these issues are not unique to real estate. They are universal across all sales industries.
