Andrius began his sales career with Southwestern Advantage while in college, selling books door-to-door in the US. During this time, Andrius cultivated the key sales principles of self-discipline, goal setting, and the importance of working with your full effort. Being the first Lithuanian in the company, he started recruiting students from Lithuania, and led and trained sales teams of students.

In his previous job in B2B sales, Andrius has a proven track record of almost every year increasing his personal sales by double digit percentage, and building teams from a single person to a team of five. Now, with over 18 years of sales and management experience, Andrius has joined Southwestern Coaching to help others to define, refine, and implement proven sales strategies into their businesses.
