Gwendi started working with Southwestern Advantage in 2012 where she sold for six years, relocated to six different states, knocked on more than 20,000 doors, worked on straight commission and recruited top-performing sales teams.
In her career with Southwestern Advantage, Gwendi personally conducted more than 400 one-on-one interviews and ran over 125 group informational sessions. She recruited and trained two top teams as well as the 7th ranked first-year in 2016 and a top-five-first-year of 2017. Gwendi continuously challenges others to achieve their goals, pursue their purposes, and reach their full potentials. She finds joy in coaching and mentoring in sales and lives with a service-minded mentality.

Something to Think About
Gwendi earned a bachelor of arts degree in economics from the University of Florida. Outside of work, she enjoys golfing, traveling, running obstacle races, and playing numerous musical instruments. She even performed with the University of Florida marching band at the 2012 London Olympics.
