His vast experience has included selling electronic security solutions, printing services, finance, and telecommunications services. The foundation for this successful sales journey began with the vigorous training and challenging long days of selling educational books door to door for two summers with Southwestern Advantage. He spent eight years selling sales management consultancy and trainings, and his most recent efforts include building the revolutionary sales CRM, Pipedrive, for the last few years.
Hard is known for his curiosity and tenacity in looking for ways to improve processes and skills that lead to better performance and personal satisfaction in sales. Being a top performer in sales, leading a sales team, and participating in business development led him to become a partner in a professional services company.
