Jim has spent most of his life in sales in one capacity or another, from training and coaching to recruiting top teams across various industries. He spent five years as a Sales Director for a global financial institution primarily in mortgage and unsecured financing, was named Sales Manager of the Year three years in a row, and was an incentive trip winner all five years. He also spent ten years in the automobile industry, was a Gold-Certified Dodge salesperson six years in a row, and spent four years as a finance and insurance manager.
Co-wrote Sales Training Program
Always looking to expand his understanding of sales and motivation, Jim has co-written the sales training program for a Global Financial Institution as well as hired the top-producing sales teams across multiple industries.
