 Kelli graduated from the University of Nebraska, Lincoln with a double major in marketing &management and a minor in psychology. She's been in sales since 2011 when she sold educational books door-to-door for Southwestern Advantage. Working an average of over 80 hours a week, she finished in the top 100 students of thousands. It was that summer that Kelli first got a taste for self-development and has continued to be a student of the game ever since. She is constantly looking for new skills and habits to implement in life.

 Kelli believes in and lives by the principle that you should never ask someone to do something you are not willing to do yourself. She co-founded a self-development group that works with many business professionals in the Omaha area. This group constantly looks to improve and work on their goals and vision. She has also worked at Tom James Custom Clothing, which sells custom clothing directly to business professionals at their offices and homes. In just a few short years with Tom James, she joined the prestigious President's Club.

 Outside of being passionate about pursuing her own goals and helping others to achieve their goals, Kelli enjoys cheering on the Husker football team, hunting with her family, playing piano, reading, and attending concerts with friends.

Andrew, his wife, Sharon, and their two boys live in West Seattle. They enjoy playing baseball, tennis, soccer, drums, guitar, riding bikes, yoga, and walks along the beaches of Puget Sound. Andrew is a past president of the High Point Neighborhood Association and has a passion to build community within their multi-ethnic neighborhood.
