Miks has been in sales since he was thirteen-years-old. He began his sales career in his family's company. Later his career progressed to the finance and mortgage sector where he was a salesperson and manager for 6.5 years. His work and results have always generated new opportunities, so he moved on to creating and growing a customer service and sales team for an insurance company for 2.5 years. Throughout these experiences, he has enjoyed seeing how his team grows—both in sales and as people—which is the main reason he now finds himself in coaching.
in all of his positions, Miks has been responsible for creating sales teams and generating sales results as well as changing internal procedures for more efficient work. He has worked with small and mid-sized teams to develop sales processes from the ground up and driven those teams to more than 1 million Euros in sales.

Something to Think About
Miks is passionate about traveling and tries to take his family to a different place at least two times a year—preferably with a spectacular countryside. As the father of two, it is important for him to find balance between family and work, and he wants to help others to find this balance as well. He lives his life by two sayings: "Life is an adventure–open your eyes" and "Time can fly, but I'm the pilot of it."
