Over 10 Years of Sales Experience
Over a period of eight summers, Toms sold books door-to-door with Southwestern Advantage, working 13+ hours a day, six days a week. He also worked in the IT security field as a sales manager for three years. These experiences allowed Toms to cultivate key sales principles and discover his passion for helping people reach their personal and professional goals.
Focusing on the Process Rather than Results
As a full-time college student in Latvia, for eight summers in a row, Toms worked in the United States knocking on doors selling educational books and software. On average, Toms worked 80 hours a week in the summer (12 weeks in a row). During this time, he knocked on over 20,000 doors, worked on commission, recruited several teams, led organizations, and finished as a top producer out of 2,000+ salespeople.

Something to Think About
Outside of being passionate about attaining his own goals and helping others to achieve theirs, Toms enjoys spending quality time with his amazing wife and wonderful two-year-old son. He also likes playing drums and listening to good rock music of the '70s and '80s, reading, playing chess and having a great time with his friends.
